基于前景理论的虚拟学习共同体中激励机制的设计研究

Design on the Incentive Mechanism of the Virtual Learning Community Based on the Prospect Theory

虚拟学习共同体的学习者处于网络学习环境中,由于学习者的非理性,助学者必须建立激励机制引导学习共同体的成功。作者首先对前景理论进行了概述,并且说明了虚拟学习共同体中建立激励机制的必要性,然后以前景理论为理论基础,提出了"脉冲式"的改进网络学习环境、划分"奖励项目"、更改成绩的表现形式以及增加低概率惩罚措施的等建议。

Situated in the network-based learning environment, the non-rationality of the learners in the virtual learning community makes it a demanding for the establishment of the incentive mechanism to ensure the success of the learning community. First of all, this paper gives an outline to the prospect theory. And the necessity of the establishment of incentive mechanism in virtual learning environment is also illustrated. Then based on the theoretical framework of the prospect theory, some suggestions are put forward such as improving the network-base learning environment by the pulse type, dividing the awards program, modifying the performance manifestation, increasing the punishing measures for the low probability.
