构建无障碍网络环境要因分析

Study on the Factors of Constructing Accessible Network Environment

在信息社会中,网络已经为人类认识世界必不可少的利器,但是一部分人群(残疾人群、老年人群,使低端网络设备的人群)在通过现有网络获取和利用信息时存在障碍。保障所有人拥有均等的获取和利用网络信息的机会,需要推进无障碍网络环境的建设工作。无障碍网络环境的建构受到多个影响因素的制约,文章对各个因素进行了分析,并在分析影响因素的基础上,提出推进网络无障碍建设的建议。

In information-based society, network has become a edge-tool that human being know the world through using. Nowadays, some people, including the disabled, the elderly and those who use low-end network devices, have difficulties in accessing network. In order to insure all people have equal opportunity for accessing and utilizing network, we need to construct accessible network environment. This article analyzes all factors on constructing accessible network environment, and puts forward some advices in the end.
