摘要
制备肝素寡糖并初步研究其对平滑肌细胞增生的作用。采用Bio-GelP6凝胶色谱分离纯化低分子肝素,制备不同Mr的肝素寡糖并比较其对平滑肌细胞增生的作用。结果表明,分离得到的平均Mr约3200的肝素寡糖,具有明显抑制平滑肌细胞增生的作用,其抗FXa效价为48·90ant-FXaIU/ml。
Prepared heparin-derived oligosaceharides and inspect effections of them on vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMCs) proliferation, separated low molecular weight heparin(LMWH) by Bio-Gel P6 gel filled chromatographic columns. Prepared different size oligosaccharides and inspect their effection on VSMCs proliferation. The results indicated that one product showed remarkable antiproliferative effects on VSMCs. Anti-FXa activity of this product was 48. 90 anti-FXaIU/mg and its Mr was 3200.
