Optimization Beer Yeast Strain JX-07 Production GSH Through Increase Oxygen Stress and Yeast Cell Membrane Permeability

摘要 研究了在突变啤酒酵母JX-07发酵的对数期,加入一定比例的过氧化氢,增加细胞氧应力,刺激细胞发生应激反应,同时加入乳酸钠以及tween80等表面活性剂,增加细胞通透性,使JX-07产GSH的能力提高到253mg/L。实验表明最佳H2O2浓度为0.3mmol/L,刺激时间为15min,最佳乳酸钠浓度为25g/L,最佳作用时间为30min,最佳tween80浓度为0.2g/L。 To increase the GSH yield in the mutation beer yeast JX-07, a certain proportion of hydrogen peroxide was added at the logarithmic phase to increase the cell oxygen stress. At this situation, the stimulated cell showed the stress response. On the other hand the surface active agents sodium lactate Tween80 were also added to increase the cell membrance permeability. This experiment results indicated that the best H2O2 concentration was 0. 3 mmol/L, the stimulation time was 15 min, the best sodium lactate concentration was 25 g/L, the best response time was 30 min, and the best tween80 concentration was 0.2 g/L. The final GSH yield may be enhanced to 253 mg/L.
