摘要 采用硅酮树脂对石英基体、石英纤维编织体和石英纤维复合材料进行强化处理,结果表明,由于强化处理后Si-O和-OH(或-NH)键的存在,提高了复合材料的弯曲强度。红外光谱分析和力学性能测试表明,合适的强化温度为450~550℃。 It was suggested that bengding strength of quartz fiber matrix, quartz fiber fabric and quartz fiber composites, which were strengthened by silicone resin, could be improved after strengthening process because of the residues of bond Si-O and -OH (or -NH). It showed that the proper strengthening temperature was 450 -550 ℃ by infrared spectroscopy and flexural strength testing.
