摘要 为了研究新型的钼酸盐激光晶体材料,采用熔盐法固相反应合成了混酸盐多晶材料Yb3+:NaBi(WO4)(MoO4)。通过XRD、DSC-TG、吸收光谱和发射光谱等表征方法,得出新相属于四方晶系,空间群为I41/a(88),熔点为884℃,吸收带宽约为80nm,发射中心波长为1008nm,发射带宽为约54nm。 In order to research in the novel laser crystal of molybdate, the compound-anion polycrystalline material Yb^3 + : NaBi ( WO4 ) ( MoO4 ) was synthesized by solid state reaction. The material was characterized by XRD, DSC-TG, absorption spectrum and emission spectrum. The result shows that the new phosphor belongs to Tetragonal, and space group is I41/a(88). Its melt point is 884 ℃ and the absorption band, emission band, center emission wavelength is about 80 nm, 54 nm, 1008 nm respectively.
