Effects of Different Adding Methods of Citric Acid on the Properties of Flue Gas Desulphurization Gypsum

摘要 系统研究了柠檬酸的两种添加方式对脱硫石膏凝结时间、强度、晶体生长发育等的影响。结果表明:相对于先掺法而言,同掺法的凝结时间较长,强度降低,在掺量为0.07%时,强度达到一致;随掺量的增加,晶体粗化,晶粒由针状生长成为短柱状结构。 Effects of two different adding methods of the citric acid on the setting time, strength, crystal growth of Flue Gas Desulphurization Gypsum have been investigated. The results suggest that the setting time is longer and the strength is lower of the Flue Gas Desulphurization Gypsum by the same admixing method in comparison with the first admixing method. The same strength can be obtained by the two adding methods in the doping content of 0.07%. With the increase of the doping content, the grain sizes are larger and the shape of the grains becomes rodlike from needlelike.
