青钢泵站电气智能集中管控系统的设计

摘要 针对青钢小型轧钢一厂的电气系统运行现状,开发了基于智能管控器的泵站电气智能集中管控系统,该系统解决了目前钢铁企业泵房运行的信息孤岛问题。本文详细介绍了该控制系统的控制方案和技术特点。该系统试运行结果表明,达到了规定的设计性能指标和要求。 With the consideration of the present operation situation of the electric system at No.lSmall-scale Rolling Plant of Qingdao Steel & Iron Co., Ltd., the paper presents the development of the electric intelligent centralized management & control system of pump stations. The system solves the problems of "Information Isolated Island" in the pump station operation in the fields of steel & iron enterprises. This paper introduces in detail the control scheme of the system and its characteristics. The results of the system pre-operation indicate that the system lives up to the specifications designed and meets the technical requirements.
