This paper mainly discuss the designing idea and establishing method of CPMDSS.It introduces the functional characteristics and realizing means of database,model base,algorithm base as well as manmachine interactive system in CPMDSS.The mew methods introduced in the Paper lay the foundation of realizing and developing CPMDSS.
