师范生签约问题的数学模型

The mathematical model of normal students' contract issues

针对师范专业毕业生的求职签约问题,建立模糊综合评价模型和一般指派问题的规划模型。首先利用模糊评价模型对学生的综合成绩加以量化;其次,利用一般指派问题的规划模型制定了学校和师范生的最佳双向选择方案。最后,给出一种更能体现"双向选择"的签约就业方案。模拟实例分析的结果表明,按本文的方法所确定的"双向选择"的签约就业方案是科学合理的。

Aiming at the employment problem of normal students, in this paper, we build a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and a planning model for general assignment issues. First of all, we use the fuzzy evaluation model to quantify the comprehensive performance of students. Secondly, we use the planning model for general assignment issues to constitute the best alternative scheme for schools and students. Finally, we give a better signing program which can reflect ＂two way choices＂. The results of analyzing examples show that the employment scheme of ＂twoway choices＂ is scientific and reasonable.
