水稻耐碱突变体ACR78的生物学特性解析 被引量:1

摘要 通过5种pH盐碱梯度试验,研究了水稻耐碱突变体ACR78在移栽至成熟阶段的生物学特性,并与野生型进行了比较分析。结果表明,在pH7.5、pH8.0、pH8.5、pH8.9和pH9.6梯度下,ACR78突变体株高分别比野生型增加13.5%、14.2%、9.4%、3.9%和13.6%;单株茎蘖数分别增加21.4%、23.5%、42.9%、45.5%和9.1%;单株产量分别增加59.6%、53.4%、35.1%、64.8%和86.8%,主要是源于每穗总粒数和结实率的增加。ACR78抽穗历期(pH7.5~8.9约7d;pH9.6约13d)短于野生型(pH7.5~8.9为12—13d;pH9.6约18d),抽穗整齐度高。说明ACR78的耐盐碱性高于野生型。 The biological characteristics of alkali-tolerant rice mutant ACR78 were studied in the stage from transplanting to mature by 5 pH gradients. The results showed that the plant height of ACR78 mutants increased 13.5%, 14.2%, 9.4%, 3.9% and 13.6% than the wild type under pH 7.5, pH 8.0, pH 8.5, pH 8.9 and pH 9.6, respectively; the stem and tiller per plant increased 21.4 %, 23.5 %, 42.9 %, 45.5 % and 9.1%, respectively ; and the yield per plant increased 59.6 %, 53.4%, 35.1%, 64.8% and 86.8 %, respectively, all of these were resulted from the increase of total grain number and seed setting rate. ACR78 had the shorter heading stage (which was seven days under pH 7.5 to pH 8.9, and thirteen days under pH 9.6) than the wild type (which was twelve to thirteen days under pH 7.5 to pH 8.9, and eighteen days under pH 9.6) and the higher uniformity of heading. All the results indicated that the alkali-tolerance of ACR78 was higher than the wild type.
