摘要
[目的]探讨水杨酸(SA)对盐胁迫下小麦幼苗生长抑制的缓解效应。[方法]制备自然(CK)、0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 mmol/L SA盐溶液(0.1mol/LNaCl),研究SA对盐胁迫下小麦幼苗生长的影响。[结果]盐胁迫条件下SA能提高幼苗叶片的相对含水量、相对干重增长速率、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量,降低膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛含量和质膜透性,缓解了盐胁迫对幼苗生长的抑制。其中,以1.5 mmol/LSA缓解效果最好。[结论]利用SA提高小麦幼苗抗盐性是可行的,为建立新的抗盐调控方法奠定理论基础。
[ Objective ] The aim of the research was to discuss the effects of salicylic acid (SA) mitigating the inhibition of salt stress to the wheat seedling growth. [ Method] The effects of SA solution with the concentration of nature (CK) ,0,0.5,1.0,1.5 and 2.0 mmol/L on the growth of wheat seedling were studied. [ Result ] Under salt stress, SA could increase the relative water content of seedling, the growth rate of relative dry weight and the proline and soluble protein content, reducing the content of malondialdehyde ( produce of membrane lipid peroxidation) and the plasmalemma permeability. So SA could mitigate the growth inhibition of wheat seedling caused by salt stress. Thereinto, 1.5 mmol/L SA had the best effect. [ Conclusion] The study indicated that it was feasile to improve the salt resistance of wheat by SA, and provided the theoretical basis for building the new control method of salt resistance.
