低温胁迫下小麦生理生化及蛋白组分变化研究 被引量:11

摘要 [目的]探究间接冷害对小麦幼苗生长的影响和影响机制。[方法]用水培法培养冬小麦京411,对实验组幼苗实施4℃低温胁迫,测定幼苗长势,丙二醛含量以及可溶性蛋白含量变化,并应用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对幼苗叶片内的蛋白组分进行分离,研究低温胁迫对小麦幼苗生理生化及蛋白组分的影响。[结果]结果表明,低温胁迫下,小麦幼苗叶片出现卷曲和萎蔫,叶片丙二醛含量、叶片内的蛋白组分含量和可溶性蛋白含量均有明显下降。[结论]该研究为探讨低温胁迫机理提供理论依据。 [ Objective ] The purpose was to explore the effects of indirect chilling injury on the growth of wheat seedlings and the mechanism of the influence. [ Method] The water culture was used to eultivate winter wheat Jing 411, and then study the growth of the seedlings, survey the content ehanges of MDA and dissoluble proteins. The vertieal SDS-PAGE was used to separate the proteins from the leaves and study the effect of low temperature stress on the physiological-biochemical and protein component ehanges. [ Result] The results indicated that under the low temperature stress, the leaves were curled and wilted, the content of MDA and dissoluble proteins had significantly decreasing trendeney, the number of the proteins decreased by analysis of the electrophoretogram. [ Conclusion] This research will provide the theoretical basis for discussing low temperature stress mechanism.
