摘要
[目的]研究气候变化对海南岛香蕉品质的可能影响。[方法]根据香蕉生理对环境的反映,从气候变化的角度,根据影响香蕉品质的主要气象因子近45年的变化,研究气候变化对海南岛香蕉品质的影响。[结果]结果表明,随着全球气候变暖,海南岛气温变暖也十分明显。而低温冷害对香蕉品质的威胁正在不断降低,高温的危害却在逐步增多;同时气温日较差、日照时数的降低将减少香蕉果实内糖分的积累,影响香蕉的风味;降水日趋集中、强度增大将对香蕉生产带来不利影响。[结论]该研究为评价香蕉的品质提供科学依据。
[ Objective ] The aim of this research was to study the effect of climate change on banana fruit quality of Hainan Island. [ Method ] Based on the perspective of climate change, the effect of climate change on banana fruit qualities of the Hainan Island was studied according to mainly meteorological factors in the past 45 years which close related to banana physiological reaction. [ Result ] The results indicated that the risk of cold toleration was gradually reducing and hyperthennia hurts were gradually increasing. That is to say, the diurnal temperature range and sun hours were reducing might lead to depressing of sugar content and influence on banana flavor, precipitation was more concentrated at the same time, which would bring more disadvantages to banana production. [ Conclusion] This study will provide the scientific basis for evaluating qualities of banana fruit in Hainan Island.
