麦饭石对家禽酵母饲料消化率的影响 被引量:7

摘要 采用Sibbald的TME法进行去盲肠与未取盲肠公鸡的消化试验,以酵母饲料为基础对照日粮,以酵母饲料+麦饭石(100∶1)为试验日粮。结果表明,麦饭石对去盲肠和未取盲肠公鸡的日粮摄入量和粪便排泄量无显著影响,而对排泄量与摄入量的比率产生显著影响;日粮消化率(%)在基础日粮和试验日粮(完整未取盲肠公鸡,去盲肠公鸡)分别为:干物质7803、7592和8075、7842;能量8007、8025和8034、8116;氮2874、2963和3082、3246;蛋白质8145、8228和8388、8524。方差分析表明,试验日粮的氮和蛋白质消化率显著高于基础对照日粮(P<005)。试验日粮的养分消化率相关分析表明,能量与氮、蛋白质,氮与蛋白质消化率之间显著相关(P<005);去盲肠对试验结果无显著影响。 Diestibility of intact and cecectomised adult cockerels were tested with Sibbalds “TME”, yeast culture is used as control diet, medical stone + yeast culture (100:1)is ared as treatment diet The results indicated medical stone does not influence the feed intakes and excreta output of intact cockerels and while affects netably the ratio of excreta output and feed intakes Diet digestibility rate(%)of the control and treatment feeds(intact cockerels、cecectomized)are:Dried matters 78 03、75 92 and 80 75、78 42; Energy 80 07、80 25 and 80 34、81 16;Nitrogen 28 74、29 63 and 30 82、32 46; And protein 81 45、82 28 and 83 88、85 24 Statistical analysis shows:Digestibility of rate Nitrogen and protein in treatment are higher than those in the control diet ( P <0 05) Digestibility rate of treatment diet are related to nutrition matters,digestibility of energy and nitrogen 、 protein; nitrogen and protein also obviously related (P<0 01) While nigestibility rate of dried matters and nutrition matters are not obviously related (P> 0 05) Not influence of cecectomized is found on result (P>0 05) Protein digestibility were raised wits medical stone
