曲麻莱县的自然资源状况与可持续发展对策

On the Natural Resources Status and Its Sustainable Development in Qumalai County

三江源地区是长江、黄河、澜沧江三大河流的发源地,其生态环境质量的好坏直接关系到中下游地区的可持续发展及生态安全。以地处核心区的曲麻莱县为研究对象,从可持续发展的观点出发,综合分析了该区的自然资源状况,揭示了该区生态环境存在的问题,提出了曲麻莱地区可持续发展的对策。

The region of Sanjiangyuan is the headstream of Changjiang River, Yellow River and Lantsangjiang River so that its ecosystem quality directly relates to the sustainable development and the security of ecosystem in middle and lower reaches of drainage area. Taking Qumalai area as workaround, which is one of the kernel parts of the natural protection area in the Sanjiangyuan, this paper aimed to analyze the protection and utilization of the nature resource from the view point of sustainable development, reveal the factors that influenced the ecosystem in this area and point out the ways and means to protect the resource and environment in Qumalai area.
