不结球白菜雄性不育系选育研究初报

Preliminary Study on Breeding of Non heading Chinese Cabbage Male Sterile Line

以本所选育的异源胞质雄性不育系ＣＭＳ３４１１－７为母本，１３个生产上主栽品种为父本，进行杂交和连续回交，转育不结球白菜胞质雄性不育系。经ＢＣ３代转育，不育系的经济性状已完全同于轮回父本，筛选出不育率、不育度比较稳定的９５－Ｃ１、９５－Ｃ８、９５－Ｃ１１、９５－Ｃ１９等不育系。初步组配鉴定表明，不结球白菜一代杂种优势十分明显，主要表现在叶片大而多、生长速度快，健壮旺盛，抗病力强。

Male sterile line of non heading Chinese cabbage has been bred by means of cross and continued backcross with allocytoplasmic male sterlie line CMS 3411 7 as maternal parent and thirteen cultivars as paternal plant since 1992 Through three generation backcross, the male sterile lines are very similar to their paterrnal plants in economic traits The selected CMS lines , such as 95-C1、95-C8、95-C11 and 95-C19 have high sterile plant rate and stable sterile degree F 1 hybrid combination showed that there are significant heterosis in non heading Chinese cabbage, especially with leaf number increased, leaf size enlarged, growth fastened and disease resistance enhanced
