基于精益思想的山东半岛农产品物流体系构建

Constructing Agricultural Products Logistics System in Shandong Peninsula Based on Lean Thinking

农产品物流对人民的生活、农产品加工企业的发展具有重要意义。采用实地调研与查阅资料相结合的方法,对比精益思想中有关产生浪费的各个方面,分析了山东半岛地区(包括青岛、烟台、威海)农产品物流中的浪费问题根源,并从价值确定、价值主张、价值交付3个方面提出了实现农产品精益物流的对策,以期显著改善农产品物流速度、质量和成本。

Agricultural products logistics is of great significance on the people living and development of agricultural products processing enterprises. With the methods of field surveying, consulting data and contrasting all aspects of waste in Lean Thinking, this paper analyzed the origin of waste about agricultural products logistics in Shandong Peninsula （including Qingdao, Yantai and Weihai） and put forward the countermeasures to achieve lean logistics of agricultural products from three aspects, i.c. value identification, value proposition and value delivery, so as to improve the speed, quality and cost obviously.
