摘要
综合运用平衡记分卡法所包含的财务、客户、内部业务、发展四大类指标和关键绩效指标建立了生产线员工的绩效考评体系,并在此基础上制定出员工绩效表现的跟踪计划。生产线员工绩效考评体系的建立对企业的绩效管理工作具有积极的促进作用。
On the basis of balance-records method containing finance, customer, internal business and development and key performance indicator, performance appraisal system of manufacturing workers is established and the track program of employee performance management is made. The establishment of this system will be of positive promoting effect on performance management in enterprises.
