摘要 采用Ansys CFX 10进行干燥塔喷雾流化干燥模拟实验,从模拟实验结果分析干燥塔内流动特性与规律。先建立干燥塔CFD模型,论述干燥模拟的求解过程,主要确定边界条件与喷雾流化干燥系统分析条件,并从干燥过程模拟结果得到干燥塔内温度、速度、压力等参数分布图与数据,最后从中分析出温度、速度、压力的分布规律。 Ansys CFXIO was applied in simulative experiment on dryness tower spray fluidized drying process. Flowing characteristic and disciplinarian were explored by simulative experiment data. Based on dryness tower CFD model, dryness stimulant pmeess operation had been discussed, to ascertain boundary condition and analysis condition of spray fluidized drying systems. The result figured out the relative data and distribution charts and indicated the distribution rules of its temperature, velocity and pressure in dryness tower.
