仿彩色工笔画提花织造的纬向空间混色方法

Zonal Space Color-blending Method of Weaving the True-to-colorful Fine Brushwork Jacquard Fabric

针对彩色工笔画色彩丰富、变化细腻、节奏和韵律感强的特点,为解决仿其晕染色彩效果方面的难点问题,在总结我国传统织锦及现代数码像景织物工艺技术和产品的基础上,提出了采用纬向空间混色方法设计仿彩色工笔画的提花织物的方法。该方法依据色彩空间混合原理,从深入分析纬向空间混色的途径与方法入手,通过对色彩模型进行优化设计,运用5种颜色的纬线进行排列组合产生出间色效果,从而使织物较好地表达彩色工笔画的赋色特点,并借助电子提花机织造实验,对上述方法进行了初步的验证。

Against the color transition characteristic of colorful fine brushwork, a method using falling-wise spatial color mixture to weave color fine brushwork is presented to solve the difficult problem of imitating colorful fine brushwork＇s color transition. This method is presented on the basis of summing up the technology and products of China＇s traditional brocade and digital woven photographs. According spatial color principle, the color model is optimized from analyzing fallingwise spatial color mixture method deeply. Choosing five colors of wefts and compounding them to produce secondary color of colorful fine brushwork, the fabrics express the color characteristic of color fine brushwork preferably. This text makes primary validate of the measure with electronic jacquard machine.
