吡柔比星定位诊断用于膀胱原位癌30例 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨吡柔比星定位诊断膀胱原位癌的效果。方法将30例患者用吡柔比星溶液灌注膀胱并进行膀胱镜检,以吡柔比星橙色染色区域作为试验组进行病理学检查,以膀胱非染色区域作为对照组随机进行病理学检查。结果两组间效果比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),恶性黏膜吸收吡柔比星的敏感度和特异度分别为100%和90.00%(P<0.05)。结论对于伴随膀胱癌或孤立的膀胱原位癌,吡柔比星定位方法操作简便、直观,具有良好的定位诊断意义。 Objective To discuss the effect of pirarubicin(THP) on niveau diagnosis of bladder carcinoma in situ(Cis). Methods The bladder in 30 patients was perfused with THP and then examined under microscope. The orange areas stained by THP and the areas unstained by THP were taken as the experiment group for biopsy and the controlled group for randomized biopsy respectively. The site of THP was proved under fluorescence microscope after paraffin was taken off and stained by H - E for pathologic examination. Results The comparison of results between the two groups had statistical significance(P〈0.05).The sensitivity and specificity for THP absorbtion by malignant mucosa were 100% and 90. 00% (P〈 0. 05), respectively. Conclusion The method of niveau diagnosis for accompanying bladder carcinoma or isolated bladder carcinoma in situ stained by THP is convenient and intuitive, and has well significance of niveau diagnosis.
