摘要
对天津石化聚丙烯生产工艺系统进行危险源识别,用道化学火灾、爆炸危险指数法(F&EI法)对工艺系统进行安全性评价,针对聚丙烯生产系统实际运转情况,对其从一般工艺危险性、特殊工艺危险性和安全补偿措施等方面进行了系统分析,并对该系统的危险性因素进行辨识。
Hazard sources for the polypropylene production system at SINOPEC Tianjin Company are identified, and Dow Fire & Explosion Index (F&EI) is applied in the safety evaluation of the system.General process hazards, special process hazards and safety measures for the system are systematically analyzed, and hazard factors are identified.
