从反思笔记分析看优秀反思者的心理品质

摘要 从心理学视角分析教师的反思笔记,每一篇都是反思者的心理反映,体现反思者的心理品质。优秀反思者的心理品质优于一般教师,具体表现在具有成熟的自我意识、较强的自信心和洞察能力,具有人际开放性和较强的成就动机、坚持性、行动力等品质,体现出理性与感性的统一和谐发展。
