山羊肥羔高效生产配套技术研究——白山羊马头×莎本杂交利用效果试验

Comprehensive Techniques for High Effective Production of Market Lamb ——Benefit from cross utilization of white goats Matou × Shaben

本试验研究表明，马莎本（马头山羊×莎本杂种母羊）是目前白山羊肥羔生产较理想的杂交组合。马莎本５月龄公羔胴体重为９３５ｋｇ，屠宰率达４８４５％，分别比莎本提高８７２％和１３３个百分点；肉质分析，马莎本含粗蛋白２００３％，氨基酸总和为７０７１％，分别比莎本提高１８３％和２６８５％，１５种氨基酸含量极显著高于莎本；马莎本的板皮肥、大、重、厚，被毛着生好，皮厚薄均匀，符合汉口路质量要求。马莎本比莎本只均增收１２０２元。

Results showed that the ideal cross to produce market lamb was white goats Matou × Shaben .As offspring(Mashaben),the male lamb carcass weight of five months age and the dressing percentage were 9.35kg and 48.45%,which gained 8.72% and 1.33% compared with Shaben lamb respectively.The crude protein and amino acid content in the mutton were 20.03% and 70.71%,higher than that of Shaben by 1.83% and 26.85% respectively ,and the 15 kinds of amino acid content was significantly higher than that of Shaben.The leather of Mashaben was large,heavy and thick,with good fur covered.At last the total income of one lamb raised by 12.02 yuan(RMB).
