首先,阐述知识链中存在的各种风险;其次,提出并分析知识链风险评估的5项内容;最后,根据知识链风险评估的结果,提出知识链风险控制的策略,指出在什么情况下由知识链成员共同控制风险,什么情况下将风险转移给第三方,什么情况下不对风险采取措施。

At first, the paper expounds various risks existing in knowledge chain. Secondly, it brings forward five items of risk appraisal and analyzes them one by one. Finally, the paper points out risk control tactics according to the result of risk appraisal and tells when to control the risk by themselves, when to transfer the risk to the third part and when adopts no measures to the risk.
