摘要
应用空斑技术,检测肝素钠对伪狂犬病毒(PRV)在BHK_21细胞上形成空斑的数量,证实肝素钠对PRV的感染能力有较大抑制作用。小鼠试验证实肝素钠可降低病毒的致病力,但肝素钠对小鼠有一定毒性。
To determine the effect of heparin on the infection of PRV to BHK_21 cells and mouse,the number of plaques formed and protection of mouse from PRV challenge were investigated.At concentration of 0.01μg/ml,heparin had an inhibitory effect on the infection of PRV to BHK_21 cells.The higher the concentration,the stronger inhibition potency was manifested.When the concentration was 10μg/ml,the inhibition rate reached 97.4%.Likewise,heparin could inhibit the infection of PRV to mouse.The suitable concentration was 5μg/ml.While 10μg/ml at a dose of 0.2ml was lethal to mouse.
