摘要
以影响雷达战术性能的重要程度为依据,选定主要技术指标为因素集,采用模糊综合评判的方法对雷达技术等级进行评判。提出了一种以测试数据为基础的针对每一个因素的单因素评判方法,并以某型雷达装备的技术等级评定为例,给出了模糊综合评判的详细求解过程。所提出的评判方法可运用于雷达装备大修后的技术等级评定。
Based on the significance of effect of radar tactic performance, major techology parameter is chosed as factor concourse, and radar technology level is assessed by using fuzzy comprehensive assessment. A method of single factor assessment is proposed based on the measuring data in this paper a specific type of radar as an example, a detailed description of the method is given. The asse Taking ssment which is presented in this paper can apply to the technology assessment of radar equipment which was repaired heavily.
