As one of the important experimental aspects of Tianjin Binhai New Area （Binhai Xinqu）＇s comprehensive supporting reform, Sino-Singapore Eeo- City takes advantage of research-transforming platform to outsource the energy-saving technologies and methods, which are the outcomes of energy-saving research, to Binhai New Area even other districts. Thus, it can bring economic benefits to Eco-City and make instructions to energy-saving practices, at the same time, it gives expression to the characteristics of ECO city.
