The open access resource is paid close attention in academia, publication and library. It opens a rapid road for achievements in scientific research.thus the period cuts down of exchange in achievements in scientific research. At the same time, the library saves amount of fund. The paper has introduced some of open accesses, such as technology, law, social science, etc.
