摘要
从我国图书馆立法的历史和现状进行分析,提出了图书馆立法加快步伐的必然性和局限性,以及图书馆法制建设的途径。
After the analysis of the history and current situation of library legislation in China, The paper has put forward the necessity and restriction of speeding up the pace of library legislation in China and the path of library legislation construction.
