摘要
通过探讨高等教育评估对高校图书馆人性化管理的促进作用,指出在教育评估的作用下,图书馆加强了对读者需求的重视程度,促进了读者服务的硬件建设,并推动了以人为本的员工管理。
This paper discusses the promotion, which is brought by education evaluation, to the human-based management of university library. It also shows that with the influence of education evaluation, the library becomes more concerned with readers' needs, promotes the construction of facilities, and strengthens the human-based management of staffs.
