摘要
咨询接谈是参考咨询服务中的重要环节,咨询接谈的质量直接关系到参考咨询服务质量和效率。从咨询接谈的定义和重要性以及传统参考咨询和数字参考咨询服务中咨询接谈应注意的技巧等方面对其进行了论述,以有助于咨询官员提高咨询服务的质量和效率。
Reference interview is an important part of reference service. The quality of reference interview has a direct bearing on the efficiency and quality of reference service. In this paper, I have set forth the importance, the definition and skills of reference interview, which is in order to enhance the quality and efficiency of reference service.
