摘要
在知识经济的今天,图书馆积极的开展信息服务,发挥了地区信息中心的作用,开创了具有本馆特色的系列活动,扩大了图书馆的影响力和号召力,然而图书馆管理者通过法律保护图书馆品牌活动的意识却很淡薄,对目前我国公共图书馆注册商标情况进行分析,希望引起图书馆管理者的重视,保护图书馆的无形财富。
In the knowledge economic times, the library is exerting an influence to the society as an information center, they organize series characteristic activities, however, and the realization of the manager to protect the sign by laws is extremely poor. This paper tries to analyze the condition of trademark registration among libraries, and call out the recognition of the managers.
