黏着斑激酶异形体及其突变体

摘要 黏着斑激酶(focal adhesion kinase,FAK)是一种非受体依赖型酪氨酸激酶,在细胞增殖和粘附等过程中起重要作用。它在很多肿瘤组织中高表达,参与了肿瘤的发生、发展和侵袭转移。它的异构体和突变体的激酶活性与野生型相比增高或者降低,其生物学功能也表现为增强或者减弱。因此研究它们与肿瘤发生发展的关系具有重要意义。 FAK is a non-receptor-dependent tyrosine kinase that plays an important role in normal cellular processes such as proliferation and adhesion. In addition, FAK is over-expressed in a variety of cancer cells and tumors and play roles in the occurrence, development, invasion and migration of human cancer. Many isoforms and mutations of FAK have been identified, and the activity of autophosphorylation in them are higher or lower than that in wild type. So they were thought to play important roles in many aspects of tumors.
