摘要
一氧化氮(NO)是一种广泛存在于机体内的信号分子,具有多种生理功能。NO对细胞凋亡具有双向调节作用。NO调节细胞凋亡的相关机制很多,包括调节凋亡相关基因p53的表达、调控Bcl-2家族蛋白质的水平、线粒体途径、Fas途径、cGMP途径、以及调节巯基亚硝化来影响胱天蛋白酶活性等。通过对NO调控细胞凋亡机制的深入研究,将有助于人们对细胞凋亡异常所导致疾病的病因加深了解,进一步推动相关疾病的预防及治疗。
Nitric oxide (NO) is a unique and ubiquitous signaling molecule in organisms and has many important physiological effects. Recent studies have demonstrated that NO is an important regulator of apoptosis. The mechanisms of NO in regulating apoptosis could be either through regulating the expression of apoptosis-related gene p53 and Bcl-2 protein family or mitochondrial, Fas, cGMP pathway or regulating S-nitrosylation and activity of caspase, etc. To know the regulation mechanisms of NO on apoptosis will help to elucidate the pathogenesis of diseases resulted from anomalous apoptosis and to improve the prevention and treatment of these diseases.
