摘要
蓝藻是一类能进行光合作用的微生物,分布广泛,具有极强的抗逆性。为适应多变的栖息环境,高效的信号转导系统对蓝藻来说是必需的。蓝藻中主要的信号转导系统有二元信号转导系统和丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶系统,本文综述了蓝藻中的这两种主要的信号转导系统的分布、结构特征及功能的研究进展。
Cyanobacteria is photoautotrophic prokaryote able to grow in a wide range of ecological environments and their signal transduction system plays important roles for environmental adaptation. The signal transduction system of cyanobacteria is constituted of two-component signal transduction system and eukaryotic-type serine/threonine kinases system. The distribution, structure and function of these two main signal transduction systems in cyanobacteria were reviewed in this paper.
