摘要
结缔组织生长因子(connective tissue growth factor,CTGF)是一种新的可刺激成纤维细胞增殖和分泌胶原的生长因子,具有促进肌成纤维细胞增殖、诱导细胞黏附、刺激细胞迁移和促进细胞外基质合成等作用。作为β-转化生长因子(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)的下游反应因子,可与TGF-β共同参与哮喘气道重塑的发生、发展过程。CTGF在哮喘的气道重塑中有着重要的作用,因此针对其治疗即将成为防治哮喘气道重塑的一个新的研究方向。
Connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) is a novel growth factor that can promote the proliferation of fibroblasts and the secretion of collagen. CTGF can also induce cell adhesion, promotes cell migration and extracellular matrix (ECM) protein synthesis. As a downstream response factor of TGF-β, CTGF and TGF-β could contribute to the developing process of asthma airway inflammation and airway remodeling. CTGF plays key roles in the airway remodeling in asthma, therefore it has already become the new research direction in preventing and controlling asthma airway remodeling.
