胆固醇酯转运蛋白基因多态性与他汀类药物的调脂效应

The polymorphisms of CETP gene and lipid regulating effects of statins

摘要 胆固醇酯转运蛋白(cholesteryl ester transfer protein,CETP)在胆固醇的逆向转运中起着关键作用,CETP基因变异可导致脂质代谢异常,一些由于脂质代谢异常导致的疾病也与CETP基因变异有关,而他汀类药物能通过抑制胆固醇合成而调节脂质代谢。本文重点阐述CETP基因单核苷酸多态影响他汀类药物调脂效应的最新研究进展。 The plasma cholesteryl ester transfer protein (CETP) plays a key role in reverse cholesterol transport by mediating the transfer of cholesteryl ester (CE) from high-density lipoprotein to apolipoprotein B-containing lipoproteins. The mutations of CETP gene attribute to the abnormality of lipid metabolism, and some diseases with abnormality of lipid metabolism may result from the mutations of CETP gene. Statins can regulate lipid metabolism by inhibiting the synthesis of cholesterol. This article elucidates the latest research status of the association between the single-nucleotide polymorphisms of CETP gene and lipid regulating effects of statins.
