摘要
经典免疫学理论认为,正常机体中只有Β淋巴细胞在其分化发育过程中,受到细胞外环境如抗原的刺激和细胞内相关调节因子的作用下,经历V(D)J重排、重链的类别转换重组后,才能合成和分泌免疫球蛋白(immunoglobulin,Ig),其他所有细胞包括上皮细胞均不能表达Ig分子。而现在大量的研究表明,多种上皮性肿瘤细胞在不经抗原刺激的情况下亦能表达Ig,这些结果可能丰富了免疫学关于Ig表达的认识。多种上皮来源的肿瘤细胞与Β淋巴细胞一样,能表达多种不同的Ig分子,并发挥一定的生物学效应,对肿瘤细胞的增殖和存活具有部分促进作用。
The traditional immunological theory tells that only B lymphocytes can synthesize and secrete immunoglobulin (Ig) in human body. When stimulated by antigens and affected by several regulators, B lymphocytes experience V(D)J recombination and class switch recombination, only then can immunoglobulin be expressed. But lots of recent researches have revealed that many kinds of epithelial cancer cells can also express Ig molecule even if they are not stimulated by antigens, which will enrich the relative views of immunology. Up to now, studies have indicated that different kinds of Ig molecules expressed by epithelial cancer cells can exert some biological effects and play a positive role in the proliferation and survival of cancer cells.
