Research progress of PLGA nanoparticle as non-viral gene delivery system

摘要 生物可降解材料聚乳酸-聚乙醇酸制备的载基因纳米粒是一种颇具潜力的非病毒基因载体,可望成为一类新型的安全有效的基因传递系统。本文分别从聚乳酸-聚乙醇酸纳米粒的优势、影响其细胞内摄和基因转染效率的因素以及存在不足与解决措施几个方面对近年来国内外有关聚乳酸-聚乙醇酸纳米粒作为非病毒基因载体的研究进展进行了简要综述。 Biodegradable PLGA nanoparticle is a promising non-viral gene delivery systems. In the present review, several respects such as the advantages, the factors affecting cellular internalization and transfection efficiency as well as the limitations and measures of this gene delivery system have been summarized.
