Water industry production management information system is the base of the informatization of water industry. This paper discussed the current application of production management information system of Hangzhou Water Company from three levels： spot inspection, network communication and center survey. The composition, functions and characteristics of the production management information system of Hangzhou Water Company were also introduced.
