甘肃省庆阳市英国赠款中国小流域治理管理项目通过推广引用参与式理念、加强能力建设、坚持社区主导、强调自我发展、关注困难群众、加强部门协作、实行资源整合、研究可持续管理机制等做法,总结探索出的以扶贫为重点的最佳流域治理可操作模式。

By introducing the approaches of participation, capacity building, focusing on community and self-development, caring vulnerable group, strengthening department coordination, integrating resources and studying on sustainable management system, feasible models for best practice of watershed management in a way of concentrating on poverty reduction are explored and summarized.
