辐射诱导造血祖细胞(GM-CFU)的 HPRT 基因突变

摘要 研究了单次和分次137Csγ射线照射所致辐射残留损伤小鼠骨髓粒、巨噬系造血祖细胞(GMCFU)的HPRT基因突变。结果证明单次照射时突变频率与照射剂量密切相关。总剂量相同的分次照射与单次照射的结果未见差异。辐射防护药WR2721对HPRT基因突变有防护作用。 The HPRT gene mutation of haemopoietic progenitor cells (GM CFU) in mice suffered from residual injury induced by single dose and fractional dose 137 Cs γ ray irradiation were investigated. The results showed that the mutant frequency of GM CFU related closly to the radiation dose. No significant differences were found between single dose and fractional dose irradiation when total dose were 6.0Gy. The radioprotective agent, WR 2721, expressed a obvious protecitive function to HPRT gene mutation of bone marrow GM CFU in mice.
