摘要
超声加速疲劳实验是共振式的加速疲劳实验,试样需要满足和系统共振的条件。疲劳实验用试样通过设计获得,狗骨形试样是常用的超声疲劳试样。用超声加速疲劳技术研究了30CrMo的超声疲劳性能。试验获得了30CrMo的S-N曲线,疲劳寿命曲线呈现缓慢下降的趋势。对30CrMo的高周和超高周疲劳断口进行了电镜扫描实验,结果发现,断口疲劳裂纹都起源于试样表面或次表面,呈现出裂纹表面萌生机制和典型的裂纹放射状扩展方式。
The core of the ultrasonic fatigue test is resonance. The ultrasonic fatigue test method has been used to investigate the very high cycle fatigue properties of 30CrMo. The dog-bone shape specimen has been uesd usually in the ultrasonic fatigue test. The results show that the S-N curve of 30CrMo showed a slow-decline shape and subsurface crack initiation. The crack expanding is actinomorphic form.
