利用金刚石探测器测量软X光辐射功率 被引量:4

MEASUREMENT OF SOFT X-RAY POWER WITH A DIAMOND DETECTOR

摘要 使用天然Ⅱa型金刚石光电导探测器(PCD),测量激光等离子体发射的软X光辐射。由于探测器在200eV~2200eV之间具有平响应特性,可以不加滤片直接测量X光功率和能量。金刚石PCD与软X光能谱仪和平响应X光二级管的测量结果基本一致。 hotoconductive detectors (PCDs) fabricated from natural Ⅱa diamond had been uased to measure the X-ray radiation emitted from laser-produced plasmas. The detectors were operated without any absorbing filters because of their flat-response between 200eV and 2200eV. Excellent agreement was achieved between a diamond PCD and a Soft X-ray energy spectrometer (or a flat-response XRD)
