摘要
本文分析了半导体光放大器的高频滤波效应,给出了具有高速响应的半导体光放大器各参量的优化设计方法,提出了动态载流子恢复时间的概念。
The saturation filtering effect of the semiconductor optical amplifier is analyzed theoretically. The relationship of the parameters that influence the modulation speed is given.When the dynamic Characteristics of semiconductor optical amplifier are considered,for the first time,the dynamic carrier recovery time is used to equivalent the high frequency saturation filtering effect of the signal channel and it is proved by comparing the output waveform gotten by this way to the experiment results reported in other papers.
