摘要
本文讨论了自行研制的空间调制干涉成象光谱仪中入射狭缝离焦所带来的问题,推导了禹焦后的光程差表达式,讨论了它对干涉图的影响,得到该离焦量主要受空间分辨率限制的结论.
A novel spatially modulated imaging interferometer is introduced. The optical pathdifference expression and interference fringe disortions due to off-focus is derived and discussed. Theconclusion that the off-focus is mainly restricted by the spatial resolution is obtained.
