摘要
用 DTA结合 XRD研究了 Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 非晶合金的晶化动力学。结果表明 ,该合金在 50 0℃时析出α- Fe( Si)相。晶化初期激活能最小为 2 4 2 k J/mol,它随晶化量的增加 ,在 Xc为 0 .4~ 0 .8时 ,呈极大值为 52 0 k J/ mol。在 62 4℃时析出 Fe2 B相。
By DTA and XRD,crystallizatian kinetics of Fe 73.5 Cu 1Nb 3Si 13.5 B 9 amorphous alloy was studied.The results showed that α Fe(Si) could be found at 500℃.The smallest activation energy was 242kJ/mol at initial period. With crystallized volume fraction (Xc) increasing.the activation energy was the largest when Xc was between 0.4 and 0.8 Fe 2B phase was found at 624℃.
