摘要 上海环球金融中心地上101层,建筑高度492m,是世界最高建筑之一,也是目前国内最高标准智能建筑。供电系统中采用垂吊式高压电缆,由于施工过程中现场条件限制大容绳量、大吨位电动卷扬机的使用,造成整根高压电缆在狭窄的电气竖井内敷设困难。具体施工过程中,通过特制的穿引梭头,选择合适的起重设备及架设地点,采用多台电动卷扬机由上而下垂直吊装敷设,圆满地完成了电缆的敷设。 The 101-storeyed Shanghai World Financial Center, with height of 492 meters, is one of the world highest buildings and is also the highest standard intelligent building in China nowadays. Hanging high-voltage cable is adopted in power supply system of this building. Because of on-site situation limits application of large rope capacity and large tonnage hoister during construction, laying of whole high-voltage cable is difficult in narrow electrical shaft. By using specially made spindle head, selecting suitable lifting equipment and erection place, cable is laid sucessfully from top to bottom with some electrical shafts.
